Refund policy

Please be advised that there are slightly different return and refund policies for print vs. apparel. If you are unsure if your order is classified as print or apparel, check the print or apparel page of the website for your order.

Prints Policy

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only issued if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If your order is damaged or defective, please reach out within 25 days.

If you receive defective or damaged orders upon arrival, you can either request a new replacement order or a refund. This includes:

  • Damage to the delivered products

  • Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products

  • Lack of quality of the delivered product

For any return, refund, or order-related concerns, please contact me at mayanucifora.illustration@gmail.com.  

To help me process your request efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

If your claim is approved, I will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

If a replacement order is not feasible, or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to me, and I'll give you a refund.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

Items can only be returned or refunded if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Examples of items not eligible for returns or refunds are as follows: 

  • Deliberately damaged items

  • The customer selected incorrect sizing

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect shipping address

    • Incorrect phone number


Refunds
I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at mayanucifora.illustration@gmail.com. 

Apparel Policy

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only issued if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

This includes:

  • Misprinted items

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Lost packages

Claims should be submitted within 6 days of delivery to ensure faster investigation and resolution of the issue.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
